Als das Team begann, die Geschichten umzusetzen, stellten sie fest, dass ihr Fortschritt etwa 40 % des ursprünglichen Plans entsprach. Wie weit sollten Sie einen Versionsplan im Voraus erstellen? Wir wissen, dass der Plan immer ungenauer wird, je weiter wir in die Zukunft blicken.
